Just got back from another recon trip to Munising and ice conditions are starting to improve. Check out the following shots……not looking too bad but what the shots don’t show is the amount of water flowing over all of the formations. All of the true water falls are still unclimbable and the only thing I would venture on at this point would be the Dryer Hose and Left Twin. Stay tuned for another report on Sunday!

Hmmm, should I hire out my kayak for people to get to Grand Island? I’m still optimistic about the falls fattening up and solidifying. The East Channel? Not so much. See you in a month!
