January 8th and our good friends from Canada sent us a cold wind that has ushered in the coldest temperatures of the season so far. And with those cold temps we are excited to say that the ice is really starting to build! Jesse Dolloway spent some time in the backcountry today and sent the following photos.
True waterfalls are still not climbable……yet, but soon! Please be very cautious on any pilllars as they have just started to form within the last few days. Be mind full that these formations are extremely delicate and knocking any pillars down at this point may take a long time to reform.
