You might ask: What’s up with all the SUPs?
Well, the truth is: It’s really FUN, it’s a great workout, and it’s can be as easy, or as challenging, as you desire.
INTRO – During this class we start at the beginning by getting familiar with the equipment – boards & paddles… and then we move on to how to get SUP’n. We’ll cover the basics of balance, effective strokes and efficient board control. We do, however, want to warn you to use caution during this class, because gliding on water with a board and paddle is highly addictive!
PART II – Are you wanting to take your SUP-ing to the next level? In Part II of the instruction we will work on two key points of SUP paddling– developing efficient strokes and good board control.
