Midwest Telefest
2012 Telefest Dates – Feb 10th–12th
Mark your calendar, because this year Telefest is going to be EPIC! The lake is warmer than it’s been in a long time and with any luck that will mean huge amounts of lake effect snow.
Telefest will again be held at the Porcupine Mountain Ski Area. We will have HQ set up in the lodge and there will be skis and boots from every major manufacturer for you to test.
Also, there will be classes for the first time teleskier, and classes for those of you that have been skiing for a while but just need a tune up.
You can sign up for a tour, compete in a race, or enter the freestyle competition.
Friday night we will get things rolling by showing one of the current telemark ski movies. Feel free to stay late and socialize, but don’t stay too late.
Saturday is when the demos will be in full swing, when the races take place, and in the evening there will be a TeleParty complete with food, and a band to provide some tunes for you to get down.
