There’s nothing better then hitting the hill with a freshly tuned and waxed ski or snowboard! For years racers have been dropping off skis for Don and Arni to prep… and these guys don’t mess around!  Whether you’re looking to improve your time, or just want your skis to run a little faster we are here to help. Down Wind Sports is proud to have certified technicians on hand at both of our shops, and we guarantee 100% satisfaction.

We offer free estimates on all service and no repairs will be made without approval.  All equipment is completed on a first come first serve basis, however, special order parts may delay the completion of your service.  We make every attempt to service your equipment in a timely manner with the average turn around time being ~2 days.  Equipment that requires same day service will be charged an additional 50% on all labor if our shop is backed up and it requires us to delay another customers repair.

Recreational Ski or Board Tune – $39.95

This includes a complete binding inspection, edge sharpening, and a hot wax with TOKO S3 Wax

Performance Ski or Board Tune – $49.95

This includes a full binding inspection, edge sharpening, full base tune and a hot wax with TOKO S3 Wax

Race Ski or Board Tune – $59.95

This includes a full binding inspection, hand edge sharpening, full base tune and a performance hot wax with Don and Arni’s fluorinated performance wax of the day.

A La Carte

Edge Sharpening – $15.00

Minor Base Repair – $5.00

Alpine/Telemark Binding Mount – $39.95

*Customers receive a $10 discount on mounting when purchasing a ski, boot or binding from Down Wind Sports. That mean’s $10 off if you buy one item, $20 off if you buy 2 items, and the mount is free if you purchase a complete package.
