Nordic Skiing

Don't forget about our Nordic race services that we offer at both of our stores. We have refined the way we flex select our skis. We have worked with Rossignol to make sure that the pair of skis you take to the trail will be absolutely perfectly matched to your weight, ability and preferences. We also offer race prep wax jobs for you at the store when you don't want to risk a bad wax job before that big race. Stone grinding is also available with a machine locally and a new digital grind option that is done at the Rossignol factory.

Down Wind Sports also does free skating lessons on Monday night to help you get past those beginner skating blues. Join us at 7 PM for a free lesson in the winter. (yes there is a lighted loop at Forrestville .)
